How It Helps

Activisor both balances participation and evenly mixes up the lineups across all your dates to ensure a good experience for everyone. In a couple of minutes, you can create and share a schedule with your group with any activity costs fairly shared.
• Reduce Attendance Problems:It can be a hassle to keep track of who's coming and who's not and then helping them to show up. From chasing down deadbeats to finding substitutes, Activisor will take care of it for you.

How It Works

1. Enter some basic info about your schedule, such as your roster, when meetings occur, and overall cost (if any). Members can participate either half or full time. Forward your roster group email to us and we can import their contact info.
2. Authorize Google to give permission to Activisor to create your Google Sheets schedule. We'll build a schedule for your group between your start and end dates at your desired frequency. Each member's events will be randomized at their half or full time rate. It's a smart schedule; dynamic status responds to elapsed calendar time and participation changes you make. We only access this one file.
3. Preview your schedule before purchasing it. Then, we can publish it to your roster. You can customize and share it as much as you want. Coming soon: your own team management agent!
